Judy,
A song and prescription that often help: “Get out in the daylight and go for a walk.”

I love it, Mark, and I thank you for sharing it here. Did you notice that I posted the haiku entries in descending order? And that they’re all from the past? It makes them no less real, but does provide a sense of remove that allows me to evaluate my mood and compare it with today’s. Since I became active on Twitter, my follow numbers on my blog have been booming. I have no real way (or am too lazy) to know if those are genuine readers or if they indicate automatic “clicks,” but there seem to be followers who are intrigued by my haiku so I’m dredging up older entries for review. Again, thanks for the great music – the sun’s shining here, it’s a beautiful weekend, we have family around, and we’re looking forward to spending some hours outside. Yeehaw, friend. 😂
